S3 Chemists Recognised with Award for Experiment

Today we are celebrating award-winning S3 Chemists Armaan-Abbas S. and Ali-Abbas S. - who were recognised with a bronze CREST Award for their research and dedication to an experiment they undertook. CREST is a nationally recognised scheme for student-led project work in the STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, and maths). CREST helps young people become independent and reflective learners through enquiry-based project work.

The twins decided upon a chemistry project; chemicals and apparatus were provided, and they spent at least 10 hours doing project work at home. They then wrote this up as a report and were awarded a Bronze Award for their hard work. Well done to both!
