Mrs Lindsay McQuade

Lindsay McQuade joined the Governing Body in November 2024. Lindsay is the Director of Energy for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Amazon, leading the delivery of power and water to support their Web Services business, and responsible for ensuring the business can scale sustainably by investing in renewable energy and other clean energy technologies. Prior to joining the tech sector, Lindsay spent over 20 years in the UK and Irish energy industry, principally in renewable energy, as part of ScottishPower, where she latterly held the position of CEO ScottishPower Renewables. Lindsay has a degree in Economics from the University of Strathclyde, has completed several professional qualifications in Treasury (AMCT), Strategy (LBS), Compliance (CCEP-I) and attended executive leadership programmes at ESADE and IMD. 

Lindsay and her husband, Gerry, have a daughter who has attended the College since Kindergarten and is now part of the senior school.
