S2 Crowned British Gymnastics Champion!

In March 2024, Isla R. (S2), along with her team mates Ellie and Florence, qualified to represent Scotland at the NDP Acrobatic Finals in Stoke on Trent which took place last weekend.

The trio performed their dynamic routine and their balance routine beautifully, and must have impressed the judges as they finished first place for both! Taking home the gold medal, this now makes them British Champions in their category.

This is quite an achievement, as they have only been working together since January 2024 – which shows a great commitment to teamwork and the sport. They took their first gold medal after only 3 weeks and competed in an international competition in Belgium in February 2024 where they were up against 26 other partnerships. They qualified for the finals and finished 6th overall.
