S3 Donates Christmas Packages to Local Foodbank

During the last few weeks, S3 pupils have put in an enormous effort to bring in donations of Christmas food. After a final burst of energy to sort, pack and wrap all the boxes, nine pupils from S3 delivered 23 food parcels to Glasgow North-East Food Bank on Thursday 14th December. The pupils learned about the work of the volunteers at the Food Bank, and saw the piles of donations in the store room. Many thanks to all S3 pupils and their families who got involved in this worthwhile initiative. Truly men and women for others!
